REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the strict hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on used Bottles, Lunch Boxes, and Coffee Mugs, as we cannot re-sell them to other customers.
IMPORTANT – UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
To ensure a smooth resolution of any order-related issues, customers are strongly advised to record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening their package.
An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to:

Damaged products

Defective products
-
Incorrect products received

Missing items
The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening
-
The shipping label and package condition
-
The complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits
-
All contents received inside the package
Claims regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or investigation. Pebel reserves the right to reject any such claims if sufficient proof is not provided.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

Any product that is customized.

Products that are sold as combos cannot be returned as individual items.

In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that the item has been used or soiled.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns will be provided only in rare cases within 3 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support team via email at pebelware@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to help us review your case.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse at their own expense. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products received by us are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
We take approximately 3 to 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned product to initiate an NEFT transfer. It may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Bank Account after the returned item has reached us and successfully passed our quality inspection.
Therefore, the refund timeline may vary depending on the time taken by the courier company to deliver the package to our returns processing facility.
In the case of any refund discrepancies, Pebel may, at its sole discretion, request a screenshot of your bank statement for verification.
Note: If the request is for a replacement, it will be subject to stock availability. In cases where a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount paid for the product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at pebelware@gmail.com. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Pebel reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED
We really do not want this to happen. Our shipments undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse. However, in rare situations, products may get damaged during transit or an incorrect item may be delivered.
To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:

The damaged, defective, or incorrect product received
If you receive an item in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving your order:

Upon verification of the claim, we will either ship a replacement product at the earliest or process a refund, as applicable.
Please note that claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products submitted without a valid and uninterrupted unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or investigation.
Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging materials (if any), manuals, and all other items originally delivered with the product, shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
MISSING ITEMS
We understand how frustrating it can be if an item is missing from your order. If this happens, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To report a missing item, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:

After verification, we will either ship the missing item(s) as soon as possible or process an appropriate refund.
Claims regarding missing items made without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or investigation.
FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
If Pebel has reason to believe or becomes aware that any buyer is involved in providing false, misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information or claims, Pebel reserves the right to:

Reject the claim

Suspend or restrict the buyer's account

Cancel existing orders
-
Disqualify the buyer and related users from availing any customer protection benefits

Initiate appropriate civil and/or criminal legal proceedings, where applicable
These actions may be taken at Pebel's sole discretion and without prior notice.
