Refund policy
Due to the strict hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on used Bottles, Lunch Box and Coffee Mugs as we cannot re-sell them to other customers
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Any product that is customized
- Products that are sold as combos cannot be returned as individual items.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been used or soiled.
Returns will be provided only in rare cases within 3 days of its delivery. Please contact our customer support team via email pebelware@gmail.com within 3 days of its delivery to help you further in your case. Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. The customer will have to ship the product back to our warehouse on their own behalf. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products received by us are un-used and in their original packaging with their invoices intact.
We take 3 to 5 business days from the date of receiving of the products to initiate NEFT transfer and 7 to 10 days for their fund into your Credit/Debit/Net banking account after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility. In the case of any refund discrepancies, pebel.in may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS RECEIVED
Err.. We really don’t want this to happen! Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for replacement. The sad thing is, it’s out of our hands sometimes
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 3 days of receiving the order:
When you open the box, look the product over carefully for any broken parts. Drop us a mail at pebelware@gmail.com and attach a photo of the damaged item. We would ship a new product asap or refund your money.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered; shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
MISSING ITEMS
Now this really embarrassing. We don’t like this either, but stuff happen. If it ever happens to you, contact us and we’ll help you out solving the problem. We would ship the missing product asap or refund your money.
If Pebel has suspicion or knowledge, that any of its buyers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Pebel may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against member may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such buyer and /or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection.
